COVID-19 POLICY
CRRA 2022 - 46th Annual Conference and Tradeshow in Oceanside
Vaccination Card or PCR Test Required
All in-person participants will be required either to:
Upload their vaccination card online through CrowdPASS or at registration before gaining access to the Event OR…
Give proof of a negative Covid 19 rapid test within 72 hours of the Event.
All required proof must be provided by the participant in advance of the participant’s Event start date.
Cancellation Policy
• Send written cancellation requests to California Resource Recovery Association, 915 L Street, Suite C-216, Sacramento, CA 95814 or by email to lauren@crra.com(link sends e-mail). Cancellation requests will not be accepted by phone.
• Cancellations requests received by June 1, 2022 will receive a 100% refund, less a $50 per person processing fee.
• Cancellation requests received between June 2 and by July 30, 2022 will receive a 50% refund, less a $50 per person processing fee.
• Cancellations requests received after July 30, 2022 will not be refunded.
• “No shows” will not be refunded.
• Cancellation reimbursement payments will be processed four to six weeks after August 30, 2022.
• Substitutions are allowed. If substituting a non-member for a member registration, non-member rate increase will apply.
• If an in-person attendee has contracted COVID-19 prior to the conference and is still within the 10-day quarantine period prior to the event, CRRA can either switch your attendance to virtual, or switch your registration to another attendee. No refund will be provided.
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is reported to be extremely contagious. The state of medical knowledge continues to evolve, but the virus is believed to spread through airborne particles, person-to-person contact, and contact with contaminated surfaces and objects. People can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. To date, there is no known treatment or cure for COVID-19. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death.
By attending this event you understand that CRRA cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while attending this conference. You understand that by choosing to attend this conference, you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
COVID Safety Guidelines:
CRRA will be following all current CDC guidelines for large gatherings. All attendees and guests will be subject to all venue rules and regulations in place at the time of the conference. By registering for any CRRA in-person events, you are agreeing to abide by all safety protocols set forth by the meeting organizers. If you are found to be in violation of the guidelines and CRRA feels your behavior is putting other attendees at risk, you may be asked to leave. If you are asked to leave, CRRA reserves the right to determine your eligibility for a refund. We appreciate your compliance with this policy to ensure the safety of all CRRA guests at in-person events.
Additionally, you will be asked to attest to your health status onsite, prior to participating in the event. If you do not to provide proof of vaccination or a PCR test (within 72 hours), CRRA reserves the right to determine your eligibility for a refund.
Safety policies and procedures are subject to change dependent upon venue and state regulations.
Some participants who have certain health risks or who live with people at risk may have to, or choose to, wear masks; CRRA asks that you respect their choice and right to wear a mask in order to protect themselves, their families and their communities.
CRRA continues to prioritize the health and safety of all exhibitors and attendees by adhering to CDC and local government guidance. Presently, San Diego County has lifted the mask mandates. Masks are still recommended for individuals who are not fully vaccinated, those with underlying health conditions and in healthcare facilities. Face masks will be available onsite for all guests at CRRA. We appreciate your patience as we adapt our policies to meet expert guidance and keep our exhibitors, attendees, vendors, partners and staff safe.
**COVID-19 proof of vaccination or proof of a negative Rapid test 72 hours before date of attendance is required for all attendees in Oceanside.
