  1. FULL SESSION: Panel presentation or discussion format. Up to 4 speakers and 1 moderator will comprise a full session. The session may be accepted in part or full/as is.

  2. INDIVIDUAL SPEAKER: you will be added to a panel session to round out a topic perspective.

  3. [NEW!] FACILITATED ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION - this format is intended to take a current industry challenge and work with small group to explore solutions. Attendees will be asked to pre-register for these roundtables, and the number of attendees will be limited to ensure all can participate. Selection will be dependent on the timeliness of industry challenge, how clearly the challenge is defined, and the cleanliness of the outlined process/roadway plan toward a solution. Up to 3 facilitators can be named in your submission.

  4. [NEW!] 'World Cafe' Session - World Café is a conversation format where small groups discuss questions at tables, then rotate to mix with new people and build on previous ideas. How it works:  People sit in small groups (usually 4-5) at tables for a timed discussion round (typically 20-30 minutes). One person stays as the "table host" while others rotate to new tables. The host briefly shares key insights from the previous conversation with the new arrivals. This process repeats for 2-3 rounds, each exploring the same or related questions. Ideas cross-pollinate as people carry insights between tables. At the end, the whole group comes together to share discoveries and patterns.
