CRRA COVID-19 WEBINARS and FORUM
CRRA is implementing Semi-monthly Webinar Roundtable program for our community so that you may find a “place” to meet twice a month and discuss COVID-19 and how it is affecting the industry and your day to day practices - challenges faced, resources sought, roundtable discussions for solutions.
Webinar #1 was held on March 27, 2020. It was moderated by Tracie Onstad Bills with speakers Tedd Ward, Patrick Mathews and Colleen Foster who led the first conversation and speaking to topics included in the attached agenda.

Webinar #2 was held April 9, 2020. It was moderated by Tracie Onstad Bills with speakers Rob Hilton (HF&H Consultants), Veronica Pardo and Laura Ferrante (Resource Recovery Coalition of California, formerly CRRC), and Larry Sweetser (Sweetser & Associates) who led the discussion about collection, facilities and franchise agreements.
