As we move forward into our next decade, we are changing our look and striving to broaden our membership base to make CCRC an even stronger resource and advocate for recycling at the college and university level. To be more effective, CCRC will implement the following changes starting in 2005: · Launching this new website to provide more relevant information, including updates and email alerts on issues affecting our members.
· Providing links to campus recycling websites to help bolster CCRC as the source for recycling information at California campuses of higher education.
· On-line posting of a comprehensive College and University Recycling manual.
· Sponsoring of regional field trips / meetings to recycling facilities to increase knowledge and understanding of markets as well as to improve networking opportunities for campus recycling professionals.

The California Collegiate Recycling Council (CCRC) is celebrating its 10th anniversary as a technical council of the CRRA. Created in December 1994, CCRC has served as a resource for California colleges and universities to address the needs of campus waste prevention and recycling programs.
